The art does half the storytelling — whole chapters pass with barely any dialogue and you never feel lost. Volume 12 is the best single arc I've read in years.

Reads like a warm cup of tea. Every volume has one chapter that quietly wrecks me. The illustrations are gorgeous too.

Fun twist on the villainess trope. The duke is insufferable in the best way. Middle arc drags a little.

The coziest game I own. The fox subplot made me cry on a Tuesday. Festivals are genuinely charming instead of chores.

Season two finally reveals who ordered the assassination, and it reframes every flashback from season one. The final duel is choreographed like a dance.

Peak power-fantasy pacing for the first 120 chapters. The ending turns the system itself into the antagonist, which I loved, though some will find it abrupt.

164 hours and I'm still finding hidden areas. Boss design is punishing but fair. Performance on PS5 is rock solid.
